This course is designed to provide students with strategies found to be helpful before and during the transition from high school to college. This course helps students regardless of where they go or what path they take—these skills are also essential for lifelong learning well beyond college. The key ingredient is to Stress Less.

The purpose of this class/course is to help students not only gain knowledge but expose them to strategies and reflective, mindful exercises so that they can put this knowledge into action. By the end of this class/course, students will know how to create actionable goals and be able to reflect on progress to make continuous improvement in any area of life.
